PAN FRIED LIME TOFU, A’ZATAR COUSCOUS AND HUMMUS POKE BOWL
Anyone fancy tofu poke bowls?
Ingredients
400g organic tofu
100g couscous
200g hummus (chia and hemp seeds to serve)
1 mango
Blueberries
Lettuce
Kale
1 lime
Method♨️♨️
Tofu:
In a pan , add the tofu cut into squares with salt, pepper and lime and let it cook over medium heat until it browns on both sides.
Couscous:
After cooking the couscous, in a pan we sauté some garlic with the couscous and add a’zatar for 5 minutes over medium heat
Add the vegetables and fruits cut into small pieces and finish with a dash of extra virgin olive oil and chia and hemp seeds for the hummus. And, ready to eat!
